As with most of my hotel bookings, I booked the stay last-minute on the morning of our stay, but promptly got the confirmation by email a few minutes later. The room comes with all the basics you would expect from a top-class hotel including WiFi and wired Internet access, a large LCD TV, a refrigerator with a minibar, coffee/tea making facilities and 24-hour room service. The bed was very nice and comfy with premium bedding, a down duvet, a pillow menu, blackout drapes/curtains, and turndown service.
